My name is Alex Nicolaidis and I’m Money coach and Business Mentor.

I’ve spent my entire life immersed in business (and I can talk your ear off about it for hours if you will let me!). I’ve made it my life’s mission to mentor women with purpose-driven businesses (like you) to design and execute their ultimate business.

Over the last 8 years, my clients have built trust in my skills, knowledge and expertise as I have consulted and  provided peace of mind to over 200 Australian business owners and their businesses during all stages of their business cycles.

I started my first business from scratch in my bedroom with no start up money and no clients. Young and naïve, I undercharged clients, overpaid my team and my ego was too proud to ask for help.

My masculine was running the show back then and I had no idea that there was another way of operating in a business where I could work less and earn more until I reached my darkest days. I was deep in burnout, overrun by the expectations of others and felt like no one understood what I was going through. I reluctantly reached out for support and realised that I was the one standing in the way of a life of ease, flow and greatness that awaited me.

I wore busy-ness like a badge of honour. My self worth was tied to the fullness of my calender and the hours of work that I was putting into the business...but it wasn’t moving me forward in life and it was not sustainable. Now I have removed the word busy from my vocab and replaced this with "My schedule is as full as I desire it to be." Because f*ck being busy for the sake of being busy.

I'm here for a life full of abundance, playfulness, expansion, connection and inspiring conversation.

I felt there had to be more I could do to support business owners. I wanted to be able to assist the person, not only the business to be successful. I know how scary and lonely that place can be.

I help my clients get to a place in business and life where their cup is oh so abundant.

The major problems I solve are when women GASlight money. Guilt, Avoidance and Shame as a regular occurrence. They don't have a relationship with money and, most importantly, they lack trust in themselves to hold and BUILD financial wealth.

Through my unique mix of 'black and white' accounting/bookkeeping expertise, my curiosity of the woo woo and, love of coaching, this provides a powerful combination to support you in where you are at in your business cycle, uplevel your relationship with money and increase your financial confidence.

My life’s mission and purpose is to be the permission slip for other women to claim what they desire in this life. All the desires for  wealth, abundance and too much ness that they embody are all welcomed here!

Ultimately, my clients leave feeling like they are friends with money for the first time in their lives. They enter into the realm of opportunities, of ease and grace in life and business.
